Air Malta (KM) - they were excellent flight attendants when we flew with them in 2010 - AMS-MLT and MLT-AMS a week later (my mom, sister,Claire, and me). My mom came back with her leg in a plaster cast and very good passenger aid offered by them (Air Malta) . In AMS (Schipol Apt) KLM use a company called Access and you have to stand and wait for your pax assist for sometimes an hour! This is not good! I need wheelchair assistance always as I cannot walk too far and Schipol Airport is a "nightmare" (huge airport)
