A wheelchair user was left crying at the gate after Ryanair staff told her she had to walk up stairs to board her plane.
Student Niamh Herbert was at Dublin Airport when she said crew from the budget airline told her they did not have time to help her board the flight to London.
Having been asked to wait 15 minutes for assistance by cabin crew, she was then asked if she could climb the stairs to the aircraft herself 'for easiness sake', she claims.
