The competition made SAA improve their very basic domestic inflight service (better food on Flitestar – you were thrown a bag of crisps on SAA or  tea and biscuits prior to 1993 when FLITESTAR started operations).  Loved their sweet ending to the flight – sweets for landing. Very professional and friendly cabin crew – the SAA trolley dollies in those days were a bit b?tchy to say the least and that was only the male FA’s!

KLM	CPT-AMS-CPT (5 TIMES)	Soup, soup and more soup first 2 or 3 flights thenKLM’S catering improved	Great entertainment system.  Some ass male FA acused me of being drunk prior to take off.  I do NOT drink.  He ruined my perception of KLM cabin staff being trained in human skills forever! Especially because he would not believe I have a medical condition that makes me appear drunk late at night when I am tired (their Cpt-AMS flight left at 00.05 in 2010! Henceforth I hate KLM but my family live in the Netherlands so what can I do but fly KLM!	B777-200/200ER	6/10
