Whenever I am on a long haul flight I change between whatever I am watching to the map constantly to see how many more hours of this discomfort you have to endure. ( i am very uncomfortable on long haul flights - not my fault, so like the slogan of the insurance ad in SA says, "if it's not your fault it shouldn't be your problem."
