SWISS FB Post on Egypt flights - terrible what has happened there! It was Swiss Air who flew the Trapped American Embassy workers out of Iran in the !980's (film ARGO tells all about the bravery of people involved in that rescue)

We continue our flights to and from Cairo, Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh und Marsa Alam. SWISS passengers booked on flights to and from‪#‎Egypt‬ with a travel date until and including September 30, 2013, can rebook their flight once at no cost. My first Emirates flight was in the year _______

KM Manage my booking

Air Malta has launched Manage My Booking, a new online feature on the airline’s internet booking engine that will assist customers to make changes to their online bookings.
Through this feature customers who book through the airline’s new portal www.airmalta.com are now able to change the flight travel dates and time, select seats onboard, change passenger contact details, include travel insurance, include car rental and pre-pay sports equipment or extra baggage. Customers using this feature can benefit from special discounts; 25% off on sports equipment and 10% off on excess baggage fees.

Changes will only be allowed for bookings made through the site and customers will not be able to change bookings which have already been amended through the Call Centre and/or Air Malta Sales Office. Tickets must also be completely unused.

The airline is currently working on further developments of this feature which will be launched in the coming months. These upgrades will allow customers to change the booked destination and amend partially flown tickets. Furthermore, customers will also be able to change bookings purchased through call centre and/or Air Malta Sales Office.

This new service forms part of the efforts being done by the airline to improve customer experience by offering easier to use products and services. Airmalta.com attracts over 15,000 daily visitors and 10,000 online bookings every month.
